We run fulfilment, warehousing, industrial services and connected logistics processes across four sites in East Westphalia. If you would like to work in this environment, we look forward to your application.

Working in the warehouse, in assembly and in order processing

PS Produktion-Service handles the steps that sit between goods-in and the end customer: putting away stock, picking, packing, dispatching, processing returns, assembling components and connecting systems to one another. The work takes place mainly in the warehouse, in assembly and in order processing.

Four sites in East Westphalia

Our main site is at Rehwinkel 2–6 in Porta Westfalica-Holtrup. Two further sites are located in Porta Westfalica and one in Bad Oeynhausen. Which site would apply to you depends on the role — we clarify that in conversation.

Your responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading lorries in line with load securing rules
  • Distributing goods to the handover areas of the individual storage zones
  • Checking deliveries for completeness
  • Putting goods into storage and retrieving them
  • Order picking and packing

Your profile

  • A completed apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist is welcome but not required
  • Some previous work experience is an advantage
  • Good written and spoken German
  • An independent, self-reliant and goal-oriented way of working
  • Strong team spirit
  • Resilience

Do you have experience in payroll and financial accounting and are you looking for a secure job at a growing company? Then you have come to the right place. We are looking for your support at our Porta Westfalica-Holtrup site.

Your responsibilities

  • You take charge of day-to-day financial accounting – receivables, payables, general ledger and bank accounts
  • You monitor incoming payments, clear open items and manage the dunning process
  • You allocate and post business transactions, reconcile accounts and keep master data clean and current
  • You support receivables billing and make sure our usage-based revenue is recorded and invoiced correctly

Your profile

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further qualification as a payroll and financial accountant, or a comparable qualification
  • Confident knowledge of German tax and VAT law and of the principles of proper bookkeeping (HGB)
  • A careful, structured and reliable way of working – you keep track even with a high volume of documents and invoices
  • Very good DATEV skills are required; confident use of MS Office (Excel in particular) goes without saying
  • Good written and spoken German
  • An independent, self-reliant and goal-oriented way of working
